We Come To You
Parformance Rehab is a fully mobile practice — every session takes place at your home, your golf club, or any location that works for you within the Greater Toronto Area. No commute, no waiting room, no shared space. Just focused, one-on-one care delivered where you actually are.
Our primary zone covers Toronto and the inner GTA. Extended zone sessions (Oakville, Brampton, Newmarket, and beyond) are available on request and may include a travel fee. During summer, we are also available seasonally in Barrie and Simcoe County — contact us to check availability.

Very little. I bring a professional-grade treatment table and all necessary diagnostic and corrective equipment. All that is required is a quiet, comfortable space—roughly 10' x 10'—where we can conduct the movement screening and treatment.

Parformance Rehab operates as a private-pay service, with payment collected at the time of your session by credit card, e-transfer, or through a secure client portal.
Physiotherapy services are provided by a Registered Physiotherapist and are typically eligible for reimbursement through extended health benefit plans. After each session, you’ll receive a detailed receipt to submit directly to your insurer. Reimbursement timelines vary by provider but are often processed within a few business days through your insurer’s online portal or app.

We ask for 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged at the full session rate, as this time has been reserved exclusively for you.

Yes. We frequently meet clients at their home clubs, private simulators, or corporate offices. If you have a preferred location for your session, simply include the details in your booking request.
